Hathersage Dental Surgery
Unit 4b/Heather La,
We would be delighted to welcome you and your family as new patients. Your first step is to book an initial appointment, so that we can find out more about your dental history and establish your current level of oral health, as well as what we can do to help you improve it.
Creating beautiful smile
Our priority is to help you become orally fit and to give you the support, knowledge and tools you need to keep your natural teeth for life. We love creating beautiful smiles and instilling confidence in our patients, young and old.
Appointments and recalls
We always ask that you arrive on time for your appointment and that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend. This gives us a chance to offer someone else your appointment.
We try to run on time and will let you know if we’re running late. We also try to keep waiting times between appointments to whatever is appropriate for your course of treatment.
Medical conditions and oral health
It is helpful if you can let us know about any medical conditions you have or medication you are currently taking so that we have a record of this and can plan your treatment accordingly. We aim to improve and safeguard your ongoing oral health at all times.
Payment and finance options
If you are an NHS patient, your treatment will fall under one of three NHS payment bands, which usually change every April. Please ask us for more information.
Out of hours emergencies
If you have an out of hours’ dental emergency, please call 01246 514 019
